Job Description:
  • Lead the team & deliver projects based on service strategy
  • Be proficient in the RNP & O knowledge for GSM & 3G Networks
  • Acquire excellent RNP service development knowledge
  • Lead the team to rectify complicated system network issues in time
  • Provide remote RNP & O advanced technical support or on-site support
  • Perform on technical development trend of RNP industry and RNP technology;
  • Set the guideline of an important project
  • Drive the R&D departments in solving technical problems and achieving service able requirements
  • Responsible for the network performance monitoring and performance improvement of the important network
  • Develop and expand RNP / Oservice and product
  • Sustain and improve the development of the respective market.
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
- Minimum 5 years of RNP & O experience for 3G/UMTS networks

- Have excellent experience in project implementation and maintenance of important project

- Have strong service awareness and market perception

- Able to solve complicated system problem in time

- Able to communicate effectively with customers and perceive customers requirement

- Analyze the commercial network and provide overall preventive solutions to solve potential technical problems

- Able to accomplish the research on RNP special services or special technology topics

- Able to improve other RNP staff skills.

- Posses strong technical skills within multi-vendor projects internationally

- Strong background in contractual negotiations, particularly of Radio Network Planning, Optimization related issues (KPI definitions, QoS acceptance procedure)
