KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: 1. In coordination with MIS Specialist and PEPAS management, ensures development of appropriate database system; 2. Coordinate establishment of appropriate computers & networking setup with relevant department; 3. Ensures coordination and linking of data collection infrastructure with various other databases and informatics for the smooth generation of real time updated information for the program management; 4. Ensures that software/s and data management system developed for the Battagram program are fully compatible and compliant with the organizational policies and needs of the management reporting system; 5. Ensures proper maintenance and regular updating of the data management system and databases; 6. Ensures continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, trouble free working and reporting on the status of performance of data management system; 7. Coordinate proper maintenance of computer hardware and accessories required for MIS with relevant department; 8. Provides technical assistance for smooth working of MIS system at various levels, including trainings, presentations, communication as well as on emerging organizational and management trends; 9. Provides managerial support, as and when required, for the smooth running of MIS; 10. Provide training and support to staff members on the use of hardware/software; 11. Provide technical inputs in the use of applications to design, collect and disseminate program information; 12. Any other task assigned by supervisor/sr. management |
