Job Description:

- Respond to email and phone requests to provide information and resolve any concerns or issues;

- Compose, edit, design and produce publications such as newsletters and correspondence;

- Assist with the website content and update;

- Confirming registrations and checking in test takers;

- Administering the computer based, paper based and internet based exams;

- Troubleshooting any problems during testing sessions;

- Maintaining the security and integrity of the test information, operation and processes;

- Reporting to the regional office, as appropriate and adhering to all test center guidelines with regards to

Technical test matters;

- Adhering to all organizational personnel policies and guidelines;

- Providing general organizational support and duties as assigned by the Manager Testing Operations,

Executive Director or a designee:

 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
The candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent skills of written and oral communication, Strong reporting
Initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize tasks, workload and projects.

Effective use of spreadsheets and desktop publishing and presentation tools.

Interpersonal skills and should have experience of working in an office environment with diverse personalities.
