- Respond to email and phone requests to provide information and resolve any concerns or issues; - Compose, edit, design and produce publications such as newsletters and correspondence; - Assist with the website content and update; - Confirming registrations and checking in test takers; - Administering the computer based, paper based and internet based exams; - Troubleshooting any problems during testing sessions; - Maintaining the security and integrity of the test information, operation and processes; - Reporting to the regional office, as appropriate and adhering to all test center guidelines with regards to Technical test matters; - Adhering to all organizational personnel policies and guidelines; - Providing general organizational support and duties as assigned by the Manager Testing Operations, Executive Director or a designee: |
