Monitor assigned areas and apply Optimization techniques for KPI Improvement. Execute reporting responsibilities to extract stats and formulate reports. Manage RF Optimization Projects that involve coordination with vendor and other departments. Carry out visits for customer complaint resolution. Perform Trial to improve KPI’s of Region. Essential Skills Should have prior RF work experience Should secure good analytical skills Should be able to demonstrate effective problem solving ability Desirable Skills Should be highly proficient in MS Office Suite Should have a good understanding of NEMO and TEMS |
