| Job Description: |
The candidate will be responsible for the following: - Help, build, organize the work as team member as well as individual - Designs and develops dynamic, high traffic web applications - Development, documentation, and maintenance of web-based applications on service platforms - Develops and maintains applications using standard development tools - Provides technical consultation and expertise to the Product Managers - Writes technical and non-technical specifications and the documentation of procedures - Effectively communicates task progress, analysis, recommendations, schedules as well as other technical and process issues |

| Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like: |
| - At least more than 2 - 3 year of experience in designing and developing PHP and MYSQL applications. - Strong skills of development in modular development, OOP's. - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, unit testing, code reviews. - Strong knowledge of Open Source CMS customization. - Experience with Apache open source libraries (Solr, Hadoop and/or Mahout) is an asset. - Total proficiency in dynamic web development tools including JavaScript, AJAX, CSS , XML, HTML, and DHTML. - Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a challenging position. - Strong communication and logical reasoning skills. |
