| Job Description: |
| 1.To maintain the stock of product materials at reasonable level. 2.Obtaining quotations from the suppliers. 3.Preparation of purchase order. 4.Checking of inward gate pass (IGP) with bill. 5.To inspect the incoming material. 6.To follow acceptance criteria and prepares Material Inspection Report. 7.To submit report to the Quality Control Officer about the non-conforming products. 8.To take the corrective / preventive actions of non-conforming products as per instructions. 9.To place the material at its proper location and also display the tags for identification. 10.To segregate rejected / low quality materials. 11.Ensuring issuance of items on FIFO basis. 12.To prepare and maintain relevant document. 13.Preparations of outward gate pass (OGP). 14.Maintaining outward gate pass (OGP) register. 15.Preparation of outstanding purchase order report. 16.Entering supplier bills in computer. 17.Preparation of weekly and monthly Inventory reports |
