Job Description:

The Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees.
  • Accurately record and process all sales and Cash Handling.
  • Box Office Sales.
  • Addressing and Resolving Guests Queries.
  • Voucher Management.
  • Increasing Sales.
  • Area Management.
  • Shift Management.
  • Customer Complaint Handling.
  • Encouraging sales and actively promoting events at Cinepax.
  • Monitor marketing campaigns and the source of tickets bookings and inquiries.
  • As a Sales Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor , you'll be responsible for making sure every customer has an unrivaled cinema experience. You'll be out there as the face of Cineworld, meeting, greeting and providing a superior standard of service to our customers in the various offer areas. Whether selling tickets, selling freshly prepared popcorn or showing people to their seats, you and your team mates will ensure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
Demonstrate good communication skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Understanding of cash handling procedures.

A flexible schedule that includes evening, weekends and holidays.

Have the ability to work effectively in s fast -paced environment.

Enjoy working with people.
