| Job Description: |
| 1. Prepare daily lesson plan as per the academic curriculum of RIHS 2. To conduct the Bachelor classes as per the academic curriculum, policy and procedures of concerned Dept, RIHS- main campus 3. Prepare and conduct assignments, Quizzes and tests for Bachelor classes as well as providing necessary support to the management in above areas of regular intervals 4. Maintain class management & discipline 5. Reporting class progress to the head of the Department & RIHS Management 6. Attending lectures meetings base on the administration request 7. Working as per the RIHS rule & regulation and following all the policy & procedures with strong consideration to its privacy & norms |

| Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like: |
| 1. Education At least Master degree with specialized in field from a recognized university/institute (PHD will be preferred) 2. HEC Attested, original qualification documents including Bachelor and Master degrees are required 3. Experience 3 5 years experience in training and Lectureship 4. Language Skills Fluent oral, written, and comprehensive skills in English and knowing Dari & Pashto would be an asset 5. Computer Skills knowledge of using Office Automation ( MS Word, and MS PowerPoint presentation) 6. Personal qualification Must be hard worker and honest having strong teaching skill & knowledge |
