| Job Description: |
|
- Network administration of Cisco Based Network Devices located globally.
- Work with team to ensure Network availability and all services security.
- Flexible to work for 24x7x365 operations.
- Work with team to ensure service quality and redundancy.
- Review performance/resource utilization graphs for all Network Devices in i2c Infrastructure.
- Perform monitoring of network infrastructure which includes connectivity and network and voice quality/paths, from troubleshooting to until issue is fixed.
- Updating Cisco Devices IOS with the latest and stable release through Cisco CCO account.
- Understanding of generic network attacks and take care of it pro-actively.
- Review bandwidth and resource utilization and make recommendations for any upgrades.
- Managing the access controls as per business needs and document every change.
- Perform continuous research work on latest technologies for improving our network infrastructure and self skills by attend internal technical and domain trainings.
- Build skills for backup and performance tuning network platform
- Ensure that all network components that we have in our infrastructure must have redundancy within data center and across the data center, let management know if there is any system without redundancy within or across data center.
- Work with team to come up with ideas on improving network infrastructure.
- Ensure the backup of all network devices on daily basis.
- Network Infrastructure Segregation/upgrade in Lahore Network
- Making Ashburn VA DC as Primary for all production traffic.
- Setting up New Data center in SAN JOSE
- Run Ashburn VA and SAN JOSE Data Centers in Active/Active mode for all Production traffic.
