· Assist the management in preparing and implementation of project activities.
· Prepare Minutes of Meeting, talking points as and when needed
· Assistance to the management in preparing resources materials of the project
· Accomplish any other task assigned by the organization/Unit Manager.
· Document company policies and company presentations.
· Regularly document project interventions, analyze data and prepare analytical reports.
· Ensure that data from field is collected properly and timely.
· Prepare documentation on each stage of project.
· Ensure quality documentation & dissemination of processes, achievements and best practices learnt across projects
· Document lessons learnt while implementation of the projects
