| Assist QA Lead in establishing TQM and implementing it effectively. Conduct Internal Audits and prepare Audit Reports to ensure system compliance. Follow Up Corrective & Preventive Actions (Audit Non-Conformance's, Customer Complaints & General CPA's). Participate in Management Meetings and carry out Follow up of Action Items from all concerned. Ensure Document & Record Control Processes are implemented effectively. Identify Lessons Learnt from Projects and maintain its Database. |

| Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like: |
| Preferably MS TQM fresh or having at least 1 year experience of above mentioned role. |
