Job Description:

Hicon Soft, Islamabad is looking to hire Senior PHP Developers-Team Lead for it's web development team. If you are interested in working with one of the best web application development team which has delivered quality ,this is an excellent opportunity for you.

  • At least 3 years experience of web development in PHP/MySQL.
  • Experience in Magento /codeignitor/drupal and other open source will be considered a big plus.
  • Have strong knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, J Query, Ajax, JavaScript, xhtml/css, ajax.
  • Strong object oriented concepts are a must.
  • Experience in any PHP Framework/CMS is a must.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks and debugging is a must.
  • Should have good Databases concepts.
  • Good analytical and programming skills.
  • Ability to work within in team and/or independently in multitasking environment.
  • Must have to do attitude and eager to learn new things.
  • Demonstrate problem solving and solution providing skills.
  • BCS/MCS degree from a recognized and well reputed institution.
  • Motivated, self starter and can work as a team and autonomously.
  • Leadership qualities with excellent communication and presentation skills.
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
* Have Command on PHP & MySQL

* Have Proficiency in Web W3C valid HTML5 /CSS AJAX & Search Engine Optimization

* Database Management Be able to handle database tasks and design it with highest skills

* Have SEO knowledge and skills will be a plus

* Have 3+ years relevant experience in a reputed company

* Have MS / BS in Computer Science from a reputed university

* Be able to modify exiting PHP code and add amazing features to website

* Have E-commerce knowledge and how to integrate different Payment Gateways

* Have Good presentation & communication skill (English is MUST)

* Have International Certification in PHP or MySQL will be a plus

* 4+ years of experience with HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML.

* 3+ years of experience with JavaScript (DOM Scripting, AJAX) and/or ActionScript (Flash).

* Extremely comfortable with JavaScript libraries like Prototype, JQuery, MochiKit.

* Knowledge of web browser compatibility issues and workarounds (Mac and PC).

* Strong understanding of web standards, object-oriented design and software development principles.

* Server Management skills a plus

* Word Press knowledge and experience
