We require talented and motivated developers to work on some serious DotNet / Silverlight applications for big offshore clients. You will be managing offshore projects on your own and collaborating with other team members for design and analysis, so command in English language, communication and project management skills are very important. You are required to have solid demonstrable experience of at least 5 years working in similar environments. |

| Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like: |
| 5+ years of ASP.NET C# 2.0, 3.5 & 4.0 Object Oriented Development experience 3+ years of Silverlight and WPF MVVM (Caliburn) or Prism Design Patterns Solid demonstrable experience with GIS with a preference for experience in BING Silverlight/WPF and SQL 2008's spatial data types. Web Services, AJAX, WCF, Windows Services, MS Entity Framework experience and Repository Pattern Strong understanding & experience with web technologies (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript & JQuery) Exposure to Software Design Patterns Solid SQL Server experience including complex stored procedures Excellent English Language Skills Team Player Attention to detail Can Do attitude Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can resolve problems quickly. Quality is ingrained in the way you work, as is the ability to set and meet deadlines and perform under pressure. |
