Job Description:

The ideal candidate should

  • Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing; MBA will be given preference
  • Have 2 – 3 years work experience in Customer Lifecycle management / products

Job Description

  • Develop plans for post paid customer lifecycle management
  • Work directly with DWH/BI and Business analysis and planning (BAP) teams on design of CLM advanced analytics
  • Devise plans for revenue enhancement and churn prevention
  • Design triggers for customer engagement and use channels such as campaign, loyalty, social media and email to engage customers
  • Provide reports on CLM based engagement covering uptake and results from engagement across all channels.
  • Essential Skills
  • Should secure good business analysis and campaign management skills
  • Should be familiar with branding and communications concepts
  • Should be well versed with new media; social marketing experience will be a plus

Desirable Skills

  • Should secure inbound marketing expertise (email & web)
  • Should have a good understanding of customer lifecycle management for telecoms
  • Should be good at presenting and reporting
