| Job Description: |

- Prepare a complete feasibility and submit a proposal for running of entire Transport Division. The proposal must encompass issues like vehicle fleet management, route management, reporting structure, vehicle maintenance and expected life etc
- Develop a business development plan and preparing the feasibility report for gaining targeted sales and enhancing clientele.
- Designing the process in such a way to provide satisfactory services to the clients from the initial contact to final closing of the transaction.
- Develop a completely transparent system of viewing and reporting to customer
- Identifying and marketing to new clients and developing tailor made solutions to capture more market share.
- Negotiating rates favorable for company and for the clients.
- Divide the target among different stations by reviewing the market potential of that station and capability of sales team.
- Responsible for conducting meetings on monthly, quarterly and annual basis of the national sales team and share the outcomes with the management with recommendations for improvement.
- Develop, execute, implement & monitor business development strategies & product development in liaison with prime customers for optimum revenue generation.
- Develop &motivate the existing sales team members for achieving targets. Also guide and train them when necessary.
- Manage Receivables & be involved in Budget process from planning, implementation to adherence of the allocated budgets.
- Any other related duties/projects assigned by the management from time to time in order to meet business needs.
