Client Service Manager acts as a liaison between an organization and its customers. This person works to resolve problems and ensure that products/services are delivered timely and as expected. The Client Service Manager works to ensure client satisfaction as he/she is often the primary point of contact for a client or customer. Job tasks will include directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints. They may also streamline business operations, provide product training to customers, discuss technical aspects about a product and oversee marketing campaigns. The experience of handling PR activities of MNCs, NGOs etc or event management and strong media links will be preferred.
