Job Description:
This is an on-going business (not short-term campaign). The candidate should be confident enough to communicate with foreign clients through phone & chat, to provide customer support and generate sales. It involves providing product information, convincing clients, providing rates quotations, and performing followup on concerned departments for in-time completion of transaction as per commitment.

Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
The candidate should be capable to provide customer support through chat and phone conversation. Must have experience of call center industry in American, Canadian or British campaigns. Must be confident enough to handle foreign clients and have excellent English language skills (both written & spoken).
