Job Description:
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Regular UPS & ATM calls
  • Repairs and refurbishment of various parts (ATM/UPS)
  • New installation projects (ATM/UPS)
  • Preventive maintenance (ATM/UPS)
  • Introduction and training of first level support (ATM/UPS)
  • Resolution of assigned calls (ATM/UPS)
  • Repair work of parts (ATM/UPS)
  • Resolution of assigned calls (ATM/UPS)
  • Preventive maintenance (ATM/UPS)
  • Perform parts repair and refurbishment (ATM/UPS)
  • To provide services to both ATM and Power business line
  • Perform parts repair and refurbishment (ATM/UPS)
  • Reduce repetition of customer calls (ATM/UPS)
  • Resolve complex issues efficiently (ATM/UPS)
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
Must have good knowledge of problem diagnosis and trouble shooting them by repairing faulty parts
Can handle pressure tactfully
Maximum availability
Good learning attitude
Willing to work in field
Should have his own conveyance preferably motorbike
Should be able to diagnose and repair faulty parts
Able to read and use technical equipment such as Multimeter, Capacitor Meter etc
Able to read and use UPS related software
Willing to provide support as and when required across Balochistan region
