Job Description:
  • Setting up Windows Server 2003 & 2008
  • Server configuration and administration which includes Domain controllers, IIS, DNS, FTP, DHCP, File & Print services
  • Configuration and maintenance of Cisco communication equipment (Router - Firewall - Switches).
  • Maintenance of Oracle Database servers and Business intelligence servers
  • Implementation and troubleshooting of Windows 2003/2008 Terminal servers
  • Troubleshooting and monitoring windows 2003/2008 server environments
  • Backup Management (Backup Exec - NT Backup).
  • Technical support for workstations, servers and LAN / WAN connectivity.
  • Provide Online Support to Clients in USA through Tele-Support and meetings.Troubleshoot Hardware and Software problems.

Required Skills:

  • Must have MCSE and CCNA
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, having experience with US clients
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of in-house, third party vendors, and client users

Qualification:

  • Relevant Bachelors/Masters IT degree

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of IT experience
