| Job Description: |
|
- He has to take care of issues related to safety of people and valuable things that are under his supervision.
- He has to assist his superior crew in the providing a safe environments.
- Has to take measure to prevent entry of intruders, thieves and suspected strangers.
- Has to train the security crew how work under his or the team assigned to his in all the procedure that a security personnel should be familiar of.
- Has to take charge in absence of security officer or other superior security personnel.
- Has to maintain record of the incoming and outgoing visitors lift in a few organizations or places.
- For better maintenance and security should maintain good contacts with police,fire man and other emergence services.
- Has to conduct a thorough check before allowing anything into the premises.
- He is responsible for the security of the building or locality.
- He has to lead and train the security team that works under him.
- He has to look into the problems and see to that they do not show up in future.
- See to that the routine activities run in a normal way.
- Has to observe abnormal activities if any and act on them.
- Has to check and validate the tools that are to be used in case of any accidental incidents like fire. This is to make sure that whatever the situation may be you can get over it with precautionary tools.
- Is responsible for preventing the illegal authorizations and activities.

| Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like: |
| |
-Should know fire fighting, and First aid especial CPR and other life saving procedures.
-Has to have a minimum experience of 1 year in the security unit.
-Has to be daring enough to block and deal with an intruder or thief.
-Should be capable of maintaining and administrating the security crew in the absence of security officer.
-Should always be ready to act on issues related to security and should be defensive in nature.
-Should be fast in grasping think so that he can get a hold of things if something is going wrong. |
