We have multiple positions available for Java Developers. Candidates must have strong hands on development experience in Java and related technologies. Candidate must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. The job requires frequent traveling to North America. |

| Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like: |
| - Extensive experience in Java/J2EE/JavaScript/Webservices and XML. - Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) skills. - Ability to analyse and scope functional specifications. - Ability to write technical analysis and design documents using UML. - Experience of working with Springs/Struts/GWT will be plus. - Strong SQL skills are desired, preferably in Oracle. - Any prior experience with workflow applications will be a plus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. |
