Job Description:

Standardization

Coding

To develop and ensure continuation of coding mechanism for various hospitals activates.

Documents (SOP’S)

To encourage and coordinate with various department to develop sop’s and develop mechanism to improve their quality

Documents (Polices / protocol)

To coordinate with higher management for developing various polices and protocols outlining hospital functionalities according to the strategic plans

Documents (JD’s)

To coordinate with HR and various department in develop manpower plan and ensuring appropriate JD’s for job positions

Material

To develop and maintain standardization procedure which ensures that define quality of the material and machine required fulfilling the needs of the organization

To develop and ensure that quality standards are met for all procedure required by the organization

Architecture (Theme and language)

To develop an organizational theme and language in coordination with higher management and professionals

Reporting culture

To encourage in improving the quality of reporting mechanism in various departments

Complain System:

To develop a patient complains system which ensures compilation and response of all formal and informal complains, meeting the expectations and satisfaction level of the patients and contributing to the continues improvement of the services by effective reporting to the department heads and CEO.

Internal Audit:

To ensure the compliance of organizational Policies and SOPs by developing system audits manual and reporting mechanisms.

Medical Audits:

Responsible to develop and monitor the system audit plans for medical services to evaluate compliance of Policies, Protocols and SOPs ensuring Good Clinical Practices and Medical Ethics.

 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
-Extremely organized

-Excellent with time lines & targets

-Good command on written & oral communication skills

-Superior business acumen with great analytical & statistical skills

-Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment Skills
