Job Description:

  1. Participating in preparing Test Plans

  2. Preparing Test Scenarios

  3. Preparing Test Cases for module, integration and system testing

  4. Preparing Test Data’s for the test cases

  5. Preparing Test Environment to execute the test cases

  6. Analyzing the Test Cases prepared by other team members

  7. Executing the Test Cases

  8. Defect Tracking

  9. Giving mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it

  10. Communication with the Test Lead / Test Manager

  11. To take part in Development efforts when needed
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
1. Good knowledge of SDLC

2. Good quality assurance and analytic skills

3. Team player and good interpersonal skills

5. Ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadlines

6. Self-organized with the ability to plan ahead

7. Excellent communication skills Responsive and good communication skills, with ability to work under stress and quick learner
