He/she will be responsible for client satisfaction manifested by repeatedly signing SLAs on favorable terms, getting repeat sales, and being considered as first choice for doing business Develop direct relationships with all key players, who can directly or indirectly influence or take a procurement decision, in the client organization Responsible for identifying leads very early in the client organization Responsible for understanding client service needs and communicating them to IPL's service organization Conducting monthly meetings with end-user and client management to discuss service performance during the period Prepare and present service performance reports to executive and operational management in client organization Send proposal for Service Level Agreements as and when they are due Sell, negotiate, finalize and sign SLA with clients Get payment for these SLAs Assist the sales team who is working on an opportunity in getting through to decision makers Generally support the sales team in closing deals Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses for SLA proposals. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Relationships and Roles: Internal / External Cooperation Insures that all Account Managers/Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up. Sets examples for Account Managers/Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits. Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Account Managers/Executives to build motivation and selling skills. Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

--5-7 years of experience in Account and/or Relationship Management.
--Networking/relationship building skills, communications skills are a

--Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
--Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
--Willingness to travel and work in a national team of professionals.
--Good analytical, IT and writing skills |
