Job Description:
  • Identification of prospects/businesses from IGM, LCCI, Association list or references
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by Call & Visit
  • Establish Service requirements
  • Need Analysis
  • Describe products and services as per business requirements
  • Deliver and persuade potential customers to purchase product or service
  • Respond to questions
  • Collecting customer information
  • Obtain possible customer leads
  • Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases in CRM
  • Follow up on initial contacts by call & visit
  • Converting prospects into clients
  • Maintain records/reports of telephonic and outdoor interactions, orders, RFQ, Listings and accounts
