Job Description:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Sharing security alerts, updates and advisories via email, phone and SMS with the staff members to keep them informed of prevailing security situation
  • Conducting security induction briefings of newly hired staff as well as with the visitors who are on visit to the area of operation
  • Dealing with NOCs and security arrangements for EXPAT visitors
  • To update and maintain security plans/ annexes/appendices
  • Coordination with the SFPs working in his/ her area of responsibility and taking daily updates
  • Maintaining & updating emergency contact details of staff and emergency communication tree
  • Coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies and INGOs
  • Conducting different drills/ trainings of all staff members and helping them in understanding their roles and responsibilities in case of an emergency
  • Guard Force Management & conducting specialized trainings and sessions to all security guards deployed at various locations within the area of his/her responsibility
  • Reporting security violations to PM and Country Security Management Team
  • Sharing daily security sit reps of the region with the Country Security Management Team
  • Conducting security assessments of hotels,guest houses of the area to be used for visitors and event managements whenever required
  • Ensuring the compliance of organizations policies and procedures
  • Any other duty as assigned by the line manager

Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
Masters Degree.

Demonstrated 4-5 years of overall experience and a minimum of 3 years specific development sector experience.

Excellent computer knowledge.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to work in insecure environment.

Good command on local languages and knowledge about culture norms and values.
