• Hold a Bachelor�s degree in Engineering, Telecom or Computer Sciences; Master�s degree will be given preference
• Should have a minimum of 8 years work experience in the Telecom sector

Job Description

• Manage the VAS & IN Engineering team
• Liaise with Marketing for new services and promotions
• Manage VAS & IN budget
• Plan CAPEX Budget and prepare of IN & VAS platforms and features
• Highlight and manage the RFQ process for IN& VAS related services and platforms
• Ensure smooth working of IN & VAS platforms through capacity, planning, management and optimization of IN & VAS platforms
• Develop a long term strategy, vision, improvement and enhancement of IN & VAS infrastructure
• Streamline, monitor, improve and enhance business processes
• Ensure on time trainings

Essential Skills

• Should possess sound knowledge of Ericsson Charging Solutions
• Should secure good knowledge of ss7, UCIP, VSIP, ACIP, XML and platform specific APIs
• Should have excellent communications skills
• Should be an excellent team player

Desirable Skills

• Should possess excellent negotiating skills in order to satisfy the customers
• Should be highly proficient in MS Office Suite
