Job Description:
  • Working with the team of creative software engineers to gather requirements
  • Design and develop Symbian S60 applications to meet the needs of project requirements
  • Perform unit and integrations testing
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance group members to solve software defects
  • Prepare technical documents and provide technical support for other team members
  • Facilitate in process definition and process improvement
  • Conducting research on tools, technologies, domains and solutions relevant to the assigned product(s) and/or project(s)
    		•
     
    Skills Required
    Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
     
    - 2+ years experience in software development, including wireless applications using Symbian technology

    - Experience in Series 60, Symbian^3, developing mobile applications, coding skills in C/C++ and QT.

    - Good Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, UML, Design Patterns.

    - Experience on Symbian mobile devices.

    - Must have mobile handset experience as well.

    - Strong problem solving abilities and out of the box thinking

    - Proven ability to turn ideas and concepts into carefully designed and well-authored code

    - Strong problem solving skills

    - Strong communication skills verbal and written

    - Strong team player, good work ethics, commitment to quality and team work
