Job Description:
The main task of the HR coordinator is to provide support, guidance and coordination in the effective and consistent application of procedures,policies and practices in the Human Resources department. Candidate must be able to assist the HR manager in every aspect of human resources by responding to any mail queries from the employees. Candidate must be able to assist the administration like filing spreadsheets, invoicing, updating, reference checking and issuing contracts and letters
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
1-Excellent communication skills

2-She/he must be able to empowers and motivate others to achieve the organizational goals.

3-Must be able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.

4-Candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines and targets and to deliver effective results& must have good professional appearance.

5-Able to handle work pressures & must be self starter.
