Job Description:

We are looking for someone who is technically sound and can:

  • Install, maintain and troubleshoot SQL Server databases
  • Provide assistance to customers in routine management tasks of SQL Server
  • Plan and document disaster recovery, replication and high availability scenarios for SQL Server
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
The candidate should:

Have over 3 years experience in managing SQL Server environments (SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008 (R2))

Be well-versed with database maintenance, monitoring, fine tuning, cluster replication and administration

Have done database disaster recovery planning

Have good knowledge of database design best practices

**MS Access to SQL Server migration experience would be an added advantage**

**SQL Certification would be an added advantage**
