Job Description:

This position is responsible for achieving or exceeding allocated sales budget of the country within allocated resources through implementation of marketing strategies and policies. The incumbent will also ensure smooth execution of Supply Chain operations between the distributor & company. The key deliverables are as follows:

  • Monitor & analyze sales achievement in the country on regular basis and take corrective measures immediately in case of any deviation.
  • To enhance company image by conducting planned activities like Local Speaker Program and mini symposia.
  • To conduct HR Management activities like hiring, relocation, recommendation for promotion & termination from services.
  • Rapport building with the concerned personnel of Ministry of Health in order to obtain quick registrations of products as well as to resolve other ongoing regulatory issues.
