· To assist Livelihoods Officer in maintaining beneficiaries data in soft and hard forms.
· Responsible for logistics assessment and arrangement for field teams.
· Create, maintain and update electronic database for documents, maps, beneficiary listing and other administrative documents.
· Prepare and maintain records of internal and external communications including e-mails, letters, PRs and other relevant documents.
· Attend department meetings, prepare agendas and circulate.
· Support field team in maintaining project records, compilation of project updates/fact sheets at field office and beneficiary records for provision of up to date information to field team.
· Weekly reporting of progress as well as collecting background information for concept papers and proposals.
