Job Description:

Required to design, develop andimplement policies and procedures through the Human Resources Department as well as Administration Department, while reporting to the CEO and other Board of Directors.

The major areas to be overseen include:

recruiting and staffing;

organizational and space planning;

performance management;

organization development;

employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;

employee orientation, development, and training;

policy development and documentation;

employee relations;

compensation and benefits administration;

 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision making

Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
