| Job Description: |
|
- Ability to design and develop Java/J2EE enterprise applications. Must have the ability to program in J2SE/J2EE; 1-3 years of programming experience with Java using OOP, while following the Industry standards.
- Must have cardinal knowledge and experience with Java, J2EE, specifically with frameworks (Spring, Struts/Tiles, JSF, Hibernate/IBatis, Icefaces, AJAX).
- Must have experience with at least one Application Server like tomcat, JBoss.
- Must have experience in JUnit, Log4j/Java Logging.
- Must be proficient in using MySQL and sound knowledge of database design with focus on query optimizations.
- EJB experience will be a huge plus.
- Knowledge about building Web 2.0 applications.
- Ability to take customer requirements and transform into software design.
- Good team player and able to handle pressure in crunch time.
- Ability to work with rapidly changing customer requirements is desirable.
