Job Description:
  • Responsible for all materials received in Store
  • Arranges store materials in a very organized way where each item has itself sticker by description & location
  • Receive material from local market and main-stores
  • Distribution and issuance of material against approved requisitions
  • Initiate stocks reports regularly to the store management
  • Managing ordering and issuance of consumable items (short expiry) under just in time processing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ensure effective administration of all activities pertaining to warehouse by effective coordination and also ensure data accuracy and authenticity
