- Management of in-flight meal services - Communication with airline reps for passenger load and order quantity - Communicating order to meal production department - Ensuring correct meal specifications loaded onto flight catering truck and then onward into aircraft - Communication with airline crew - Should be a team player, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, communicate and work with various departments within the company |
