| Job Description: |
|
- To deal with all incoming calls of customers.
- To update clients as regards the target completion dates against their raised tickets and follow up through till completion.
- To provide support to clients in relation to live issues and to create same scenario on the dav. System and taking screen shots to attach with tickets while raising tickets.
- To raise tickets in RT in case the live issues cannot be resolved right away and follow up with PM for target completion date and communicating to Customer.
- To make release notes of the tickets which are passed and ready for UAT.
- To make release control sheets for the work which is ready for release on live
- To help customers walking through the provided systems at the time of updation/customizations in system or even with customer where the system is newly provided.
- To communicate with third parties as regards API’s and analytical review of documents with the developers.
- To help customers doing UAT where needed by customers
- To maintain files of customers as regards RT data and API’s information and documents and keeping them updated at all times.
- To coordinate with departments internally getting work done.
- Any other task assigned by Line Manager.
Required Skills- Degree in Information Technology OR Computer Science
- Minimum Two years industrial experience in BPO or preferably on the same role i.e. Technical Support Executive
- Excellent Written & Verbal English Communication Skills
- Preferably Native / British / US Speaking Accent
- Self Drievn & Self-motivated
- Organizational & Time Managment Skills
- Flexible in shift Timings
- Must have excellent Customer Service Skills
