·Masters Degree in Electrical / Computer engineering
·Knowledge of computer networks, machine learning, communication systems, wireless communication, digital signal processing, sensing and actuation, data analysis and security, control systems.
·Familiarity with various communication and networking standards such as 802.15x, 802.11x, 802.16, DASH7, Wireless HART, GSM, GPRS, SDR etc.
·Deep insight into working of communication systems, RF interference and multipath issues, electromagnetic waves, algorithms and protocols from a research, development and deployment perspective.
·Proven track record and experience with development, deployment and optimization of communication and networking algorithms & protocols
·Aptitude to pursue high impact cross-disciplinary research/development work
·Strong academic and publications record
·Ability to gather requirements, develop specification and translate into task-sets.
·Ability to design tasks for a team, execute and get them completed within aggressive deadlines.
