| Job Description: |

- Technical Troubleshooting Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure - Configuring BGP, EIGRP and OSPF routing protocols in large networks - Knowledge of standard Network monitoring practices and tools - NetCool, HP Network Node Manager, OpsWare, etc - 2- 4+ years of networking experience including Cisco Routers and Switches, OSPF, BGP and EIGRP. - CCNA certification required. - CCNP studies completed preferred

- Strong, clear and concise communications and speaking skills - Problem Resolution Skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to work in a virtual team's environment. - Ability to prioritize work - Must possess strong organizational and verbal communication skills. - Individual must have the ability to work in a highly visible fast paced environment with minimal supervision and SLA deadline responsibility. - Capability to treat each issue with a sense of urgency or Capability to categorize each issues significance
