• Manage and develop account plans and achieve overall objectives in aspect of sales values, display, and distribution
• Visit account and market to ensure all sales fundamental activities are achieved
• Review and update business performance, strengthen relationship, perform cooperative store problem solving, new product and product detail alternation, promotion proposition, settle trade expense and gain competitor information
• Monitoring, analyzing, evaluating products performance and customer’s feedback to generates new ideas that need to be changes to meet customer needs
• Monitor and analyze key competitors’ activities, pricing and promotion activities in order to provide feedback and create appropriate strategies
• Prepare weekly & monthly sales report regarding competitors activities and market situation.
• Develop channel strategy into the execution to supplement the achievement of the maximum sales results
• Develop and implement the annual business strategies in order to achieve business plan. And recommend change to business strategies and tactics where necessary

· Good command on English and Chinese

· Good knowledge in MS office

· Good leadership skill

· At least 2 years experiences in Sales Supervisor.

· Willing to travel
