The Database Administrator will be responsible to administer databases, data integration systems, Data warehouses, master data management and business intelligence systems.

Required Skills/Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in the same capacity
• Good understanding of architecture of at least 1 major RDBMS
• Experience in administration of at least 1 major RDMBS that includes:
  1. Establishing the needs of users and monitoring user access and security;
  2. Monitoring and tuning performance to provide fast query responses to front-end users;
  3. Refining the physical design to meet system storage requirements
  4. Defining and maintaining storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures
  5. Communicating regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security including database user management, user permissions and privileges
  6. Data protection handling
• Sound knowledge of clustering
• Good communication skills
• BS/MS degree in CS/IT

• Prior experience of managing data warehouse
• International customer handling experience
• Experience of BI tools
