- Responsible to provide necessary support to CEO with complete secretarial and administrative services
- Ensure Confidentiality
- Correspondence to incoming calls and emails
- Prepare records, memorandums, outlining, agendas and minutes of meeting.
- Arrange programs, events, or conferences.
- Ensure timeliness with time management and diary services to CEO
- Obtain or communicate information to departments/clients as per CEO’s instructions
