| A leading FMCG Company is looking, for its new Unit, a highly caliber and accomplished Assistant Production Manager. Who is :- - Responsible for the Manufacturing activities. - Achieving production targets and enhancing productivity. - Responsible for the Quantity and Quality of the output during different stages of production. - Supervising and motivating the under command team members. - Efficient & timely handling the problems related to (Production etc) - Reporting of production to Senior Production Manager / Director. - Proper stock checking in Department. - Proper Documentation of the Production department. - Ensuring over all Cleaning of the machinery, ovens, storage tank, flouring etc on regular basis. - Monitoring and Controlling process parameters. - To follow code of conduct while on duty and preach the same to others. - To have effective coordination with production staff & management. - Staff training of your department. - Managing labor & safety issues at floor level. - Ensure implementations of Quality & Environmental Systems, GMP, and FMCG standard of the company. - Reduced the break down of plants and machinery without suffering production. - Reduce the scrap generation of plants and develop new technique / method for recycling / utilization of scrap |
