Flash Developer Job Description: We are seeking experienced Flash Developers with a thorough knowledge of Action script AS3 and AS2 to create innovative ads, interactive games and interactive dynamic websites. |

| Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like: |
| - Action Script 3/Action Script 2/Flex - HTML / CSS/ XML - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Ability to communicate technical issues (arise during work) in English language - Deep knowledge of Flash animation techniques using both the time line and programmatic motion. - Experience in integrating Flash video into Flash applications. - Experience in creating dynamic Flash applications that use server side technologies. - External Resource Integration (audio, video and other media). - Deep knowledge of Flash Compression techniques and file structuring practices. - Flash applications integration with Facebook applications Additional desired skills (Optional) PHP / MYSQL SQL / ASP / ASP.NET A bachelor degree and minimum of 3 years experience preferably are required. This position requires the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment. |
