| Job Description: |
|
- Supervision of Quality Control team of approximately 60-70 employees of dyeing, stitching, plastic sheeting, plastic injection & blow molding units.
- Responsible for preparing, maintaining and practical implementation of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions for quality control system of the product.
- Responsible for problem solving, corrections & corrective actions with respect to quality control in the production process.
- Identify training needs and discuss it with HR department and suggest for technical trainings.
- Coordinate with all Head of Departments for quality control updates in their respective sections.
