| Job Description: |

The required resource will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers through: - Installation, configuration and maintenance of customer network infrastructure including RF, DSL, VSAT, Fiber, IP Routing etc
- Configuration and maintenance of customer systems infrastructure
- Cybernet network infrastructure installation, replacement and maintenance (as per requirement)
- Internal and external coordination with problem resolution approach
- Achieve following targets:
- Customer satisfaction by providing effective support
- Meet with threshold service delivery and support time duration targets
- Technical abilities improvement to facilitate customers

| Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like: |

| CRM handling for service delivery and support, WAN infra-structure including Frame-relay, ATM, MP, RF and VSAT connectivity knowledge (IDU, ODU, RF C, Email utilities configuration and troubleshooting, Basic Linux/Windows Server management, Basic power hardware knowledge, AC/DC, safety prec, IP subnetting, basic routing & switching, Analytical skills and problem solving attitude, Effective communication and coordination skills, Stress & Time Management, |
