Perform functions relating to Accounts, Budget, Taxation & Financial Management Such as:
- To prepare monthly Cash Flow statement with analyzing and reporting the changes in working capital for managerial forecast..
- Preparation of Financial Reports
- To assist in preparing and finalizing the account of the company.
- Handling Income , Payroll and Sales Tax matters.
- To handle books of general Ledger, Cashbook, Debtors, Creditors and sales register.
- Carry out any other job assigned by the Managers / Head of Operations
Perform functions relating to Accounts and Inventory Controlling & Management Such as:
- Inventory Controller- (Computerized and Manual Record)
- Order of inventory and managed the date of end with date of order always make sure the availability of inventory on time.
- Strictly follow the Policies and ensure the well structural inventory management system
