Brief Job Description

This is a mid to senior level position and needs 7-12 years of experience out of which at least 3-4 years is on hands with electrical and mechanical installations especially generator sets & preferably in telecommunication sector.

The applicant should have an engineering degree from HEC recognized university coupled with Managerial skills. Applicant must be a team player with proven leadership skills and can handle pressure has the ability to handle clients at senior to mid level and can build professional relationship.

Should have proven track record in managing various teams successfully (expected team size is 100+ individuals in the region)

Should be able to interact with head office on daily matters and have the decision making powers in mission critical situation.

Skills Required

1. MS Office Literate

2. Managerial & Analytical Skills (additional management degree such as MBA will be preferred)

3. Languages Urdu & English

4. Team Player

5. Written and Verbal communication skills are highly desirable.

6. Can take ownership of the region and will be held accountable accordingly.

Experience

7-12 years in preferably in a company dealing with with Electrical/Generator/ Power in Telecommunication or a similar industry.

Education

Minimum : Bachelors Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)

Maximum : Masters
