- Hold a Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline
- Have 2 - 4 years of experience in customer interaction
Job Description
- Carry out Customer Satisfaction Surveys through outbound calls
- Manage Daily Data distribution and target assignment
- Compile weekly and monthly survey reports
- Ensure that daily & weekly targets are accomplished
- Communicate with different teams for day to day tasks
Essential Skills
- Should have good research capabilities
- Should have the ability to work under stress
- Should be a team player with positive attitude
- Should have the ability to meet deadlines
- Should possess strong verbal and written communication
Desirable Skills
- Should be familiar with SQL server
- Should possess good analytical skills for numerical analysis
