• Having solid engineering back ground
• Understanding the basics of Instrumentation, Electrical and Controls. Information on international standards is a must
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical, Cement and/or Power Generation sectors
• Accountable for achieving budgeted sales and earnings annually
• Experience with business development
• Must provide effective management of subordinates to achieve desired results. Attributes necessary to meet this need may include communications, motivation, team building, employee involvement, diplomacy, delegating, etc. skills as well as confidence and enthusiasm
• Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company is required
